The navy is a true navy, not that washed-out blue you see on so many caps, and the white embroidery on the North Shore graphic pops nicely against it. The cotton has a sturdy feel but the brim is firm enough to stay flat when I bend it. Adjustable back fits my head fine even with a ponytail.

Wore this straight out of the box for a weekend trip and the cotton already feels broken in, no stiff brim digging into my forehead. The embroidery on the North Shore graphic is clean and the adjustable strap actually stays put instead of slipping like my last cap.

The navy is a really deep, true navy and the white embroidery pops without looking cheap. I've got a big head and the adjustable strap in back actually gives me enough room, which is rare. The exposed stitching on the brim is a nice detail too.
