The brown felt visor gives this cap a nice vintage feel compared to plain cotton ones I've owned. The adjustable strap in back actually stays put, and the cotton lining keeps it from getting sweaty on longer walks.
Wore this all over St. Moritz last week and the ivory cotton stayed surprisingly clean despite all the photos. The adjustable strap in back actually tightens enough for my small head, which is rare. Brim is a solid 3 inches, just right for keeping sun off my face without blocking my view.
The brown felt visor on this is such a nice touch, way softer than the stiff cotton ones I've had before. Wore it all day in the sun and the adjustable strap kept it snug without leaving a mark on my forehead.
