The cotton is breathable enough that my head doesn't get sweaty even after a couple hours outside. The 8 inch depth gives good coverage without swallowing my face. Olive green goes with basically everything I own.

Wore this on a hike and it stayed put even with wind gusts. The 100% cotton breathes way better than the synthetic cap I had before, and 8 inches of head space fits my big head without squeezing.

The olive green is that perfect muted shade that goes with everything, and the 100% cotton actually breathes in the heat. I've worn it hiking and to the beach and it still holds its shape.
